Senior Consultant
Angela Spanos brings over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse and a population health expert, showcasing a proven track record in developing, executing, and managing successful value-based care strategies and programs for diverse and complex populations. Certified in ambulatory care nursing and trained in Lean Six Sigma, Angela maintains a sharp focus on implementing solutions that enhance patient health and optimize health system performance.
In her most recent role as the newly appointed Head of Clinical Quality at Yuvo Health, a startup dedicated to assisting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in transitioning to value-based care through contracting, health technology, and population health enablement services, Angela established and led an agile quality team. This team successfully managed managed Medicaid value-based care contracts across FQHC partners, utilizing data insights to drive decisions and improve clinical and population outcomes.
Previously, Angela spearheaded the transformation of primary care practice operations at Cambridge Health Alliance, a public community health system, to deliver patient-centered, high-quality, and cost-effective care. This transformation integrated behavioral health and social care needs seamlessly, fostering a cross-functional system. Angela's passion lies in enhancing the quality and value of care for underserved populations, underpinned by a collaborative mindset and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Our Mission
Charles Consulting LLC improves the lives of patient care providers across the nation. Through the implementation of our J.U.S.S.T. (Justice, Understanding, Security, Self-Esteem, and Trust) Model, patient care will be shifted to one that benefits the peace of mind of both the patient and the provider. Together, we lower compassion fatigue, decrease the number of providers suffering from burnout, and vastly reduce mental health stress among providers.
Our Physician/Provider Development Program is a journey that passionate caregivers can embark on together. Our program uses our J.U.S.S.T. (Justice, Understanding, Security, Safety, and Trust) Model to help physicians/providers do what they love most: Connect and help patients.
