Jason Charles Vallee, Ph.D. has over 25 years of Healthcare, Teaching, Leadership and Organizational Development experience in the for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors. He has served as a founder and co-lead of the Physician and Provider Ambassador Coaching Program at Dartmouth Health, where he has helped 100s of providers regain a love for their practice and measurably improved the patient experience for thousands of patients. Dr. Vallee, recently served as the Vice President of Patient Experience at Dartmouth Health (CMC). In this position, Dr. Vallee led and directed the day-to-day operations of an enterprise-wide Patient Experience program for the physicians, administrative leaders, and all staff. He served as a physician and executive coach, curriculum development expert, and was responsible for patient & employee experience at CMC/Dartmouth Hitchcock. Jason was appointed to the faculty of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, Department of Community and Family Medicine, where he was responsible for teaching Patient Experience and Leadership Theory to the medical students and was a committee chair for the curriculum redesign process.
